RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

At Noir Luxe, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship and exclusivity of our luxury leather goods. Every item is created with meticulous attention to detail, using the finest materials to ensure an experience that reflects both timeless elegance and modern refinement.
If, for any reason, your purchase does not meet your expectations, our team is here to assist you with a seamless and respectful return or exchange process.
Eligibility For Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Your return request must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in pristine condition—exactly as received.
- All original tags, dust bags, packaging, authentication cards, and gift boxes must be intact and included.
- Returns must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving return approval.
Please Note:
Items showing any signs of wear, alteration, or damage—including perfume, creases, scratches, or stains—will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the bespoke and personal nature of certain products, the following items are non- returnable and non-refundable:
- Made-to-order or custom-designed pieces
- Monogrammed or personalized items
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Gift cards or promotional credit
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return:
Submit a Return Request
Email our Client Services team at support@noirluxeleather.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photographs if applicable.
Receive Authorization
If your request meets our eligibility criteria, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with instructions and a pre-paid return label (if applicable).
Repackage Carefully
Please repackage the item in its original box and protective materials to ensure it arrives back in perfect condition.
Ship Within 7 Days
Your return must be shipped within 7 days of RAN issuance. Returns outside this window may be refused.
Refunds
Once your item is received and inspected:
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment.
- Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Original shipping fees and duties are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Direct exchanges are possible for the same item in a different size (subject to availability).
- To exchange for a different style or product, please request a return and place a new order.
International Returns
For international orders:
- Return shipping costs and duties are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated.
- Please ensure that all customs documentation is accurately filled out to avoid delays or non-delivery of your return.
- Refunds will be processed in USD at the exchange rate on the day of refund. We are not responsible for fluctuations in currency conversion.
Quality Assurance & Defects
Every item undergoes rigorous quality control. However, if you receive a defective product:
- Notify us at support@noirluxeleather.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
- We will prioritize a resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or full refund based on inspection.
